Parking Permits & Barriers

When running a car park at commercial premises, it is important to manage it properly if it is being used by more than a few people. It can be very annoying when others who are not visiting the building take over parking spaces that are needed, but there are solutions that can prevent this from happening.

Drop-down frame posts are just one option to create a parking barrier that will encourage those who do not work there to park elsewhere. There are various designs on the market but these are all easy to install and will work wonders.

You may want to try out our concertina barriers, found on our Barriers & Posts page, concertina barrrier systems provides compact storage and smooth assemble (or dismentle).

The Commander drop-down frame post has been created from strong steel and has a mortise cylinder lock in place. There are two keys and it can be locked either in the down or up position. The units are available in a range of finishes, including galvanised zinc. They can be concreted into the ground or can be installed with the help of a surface-mounted ground plate. When the posts are dropped, the cars can pass over them easily. A range of similar products is available so that companies can be sure that only authorised cars can park there. The hinged, lockable and collapsible posts also have two keys and the locks on each are unique. They come in two finishes and fit to the floor with the help of fixing bolts. Easy to install, they will ensure that security in the car park can be maximised.
