Extra-Cold Weather Liquid Ice Melt

Cold weather presents a number of unique hazards and dangers for your staff and visitors, particularly in snowy and icy conditions. In order to ensure the safety of those that use your premises during the winter moths, it is essential that you are prepared with the relevant de-icing products to combat these types of extreme weather conditions. This liquid ice melt is an ideal solution for dealing with thin layers of ice or snow, melting them away so that people can safety walk or drive on your pavements and roads as normal. It is also particularly useful for areas that are difficult to reach with standard salt spreaders, such as corners, pedestrian areas and smaller steps.

The ice melting liquid is ideal for pouring onto paths, fire escapes, driveways, car parks and outdoor stairways and is effective in conditions as low as minus 18 degrees centigrade. This strong anti-ice solution is one of the quickest ways to deal with ice and snow; upon applying, it will melt thin layers of ice or snow in as little as 25 seconds, so that people can continue using your facilities right away. The concentrated liquid is most effective when applied to layers that are 10mm thick or under. Once the solution is applied to ice or snow, it will also protect against refreezing for up to 48 hours.

As the product is supplied in a 10 litre Jerrican with a lid, you will need the right sprayer to apply it evenly to surfaces. This particular de-icing liquid is most effective when used with our liquid ice melt knapsack sprayer, an advanced piece of equipment that is easy to operate by anyone and ensures a sufficient coverage of the product over your premises. We also stock a range of accessories and parts for this equipment, to make de-icing a quick and easy task for your staff.

Service: I found your sales team to be polite and also they dealt with my order promptly by sending me an email to confirm the order and also delivered on time.

Product: I found the product to be poor as it did not perform as I was expecting and also as written on the informatio on the product. the idea was to use the liquid instead of rock salt but we've been left with no option than to resort back to using the rock. Our response: Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with the Ice Melt Liquid. A member of our sales team will be in contact to discuss this issue further.
