Self-adhesive ‘way out’ braille and tactile-lettering sign
- Providing blind and partially-sighted employees and visitors with vital information on the location of exits is your responsibility as an employer or premises-owner. This ‘way out’ sign conveys crucial information in a number of ways. Firstly, the white-on-blue is easy to read for people with poor eyesight. Secondly, the lettering is also raised, to aid people who are only partially-sighted. Finally, the sign includes braille lettering for individuals who are completely or almost completely blind. The sign uses grade 1 braille, which is one of the most commonly-used types of braille available.
- Our tactile signs are easy to put in place, due to their self-adhesive fixings. They are also made from tough plastic to ensure that they are resistant to both damage and wear-and-tear.
