Visitor Registration Book with Duplicate Identification Badge Inserts
- If you regularly receive visitors to your business, it's your responsibility to keep track of them. This is important not only for security reasons, so you can ensure no unauthorised people are on the premises, but also lets you check everyone has evacuated safely in the event of an emergency. This visitor registration system gives you an easy way to keep on top of visitor records, with its useful duplicate system simultaneously providing identification badges.
- When visitors arrive at your business, ask them to sign in with some simple details, which is a quick process. The book has a duplicate layer underneath, so the form the visitor fills in can be used as an identification badge by inserting it into one of our colour-coded clip-on holders, leaving a copy in its place for your records. As an alternative to the clear plastic badge holders, we also supply lanyards printed with either 'visitor' or 'contractor', which some people prefer to wear as they don't require an area of clothing suitable for attaching a holder to.
- The reverse of each removable badge insert is printed with important information and conditions for your visitors to carry with them. This includes information on health and safety, fire and other emergencies, plus policies on smoking and car parking. If you need to keep track of visitors parking their vehicles, our parking permits help you identify those with authorisation.
- Our visitor registration books include a security sheet that covers the details of previous visitors, keeping them private while others use it. It also has a fast-track exit sheet, which keeps people moving at particularly busy receptions and minimises hold-ups.
