We're sorry our delivery charges gave you cause for concern. As well as the delivery itself included in our delivery charge is the picking and packing of the goods, as part of this we also include

• No minimum order charge
• Insurance against loss and damage of products
• Change of delivery address after parcel has left our warehouse
• Re-delivery of packages when the recipient is not available
