Robust Rotary Fire Hand Bell
- This hand-operated rotary fire bell provides a reliable, extremely loud fire alarm, audible at 60 decibels up to 35 metres away, and can be placed either indoors or outdoors. It is ideal to alert your staff and visitors if they are working on a construction site, marina, camp site, remote area or a warehouse with no power, or where electrical work is ongoing and all other systems are off. Very easy to use, simply turn the handle and the emergency alarm will sound. The rotary fire alarm is also a good solution where a fully integrated fire system isn’t needed.
- The fire bell’s robust construction gives you the peace of mind that it will last for years and still be in complete working order when needed. Both the dome and base plate are made from red powder-coated aluminium to be quickly and easily seen in an emergency. The bell is easy to fit with a pre-drilled flange and measures 280mm high and 229mm wide. You will need 3 screws and wall plugs to install the bell.
- If a fire should break out, it is best that your staff have received some training in what to do. We have a choice of fire training DVDs, which offer the advantage of on-site training without your staff having to travel to an outside location and take time off work. Train your staff on how to use a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket with our 'Extinguishing Fires at Work' staff training DVD. Or you could choose our full 7-pack of 'Health and Safety at Work' training DVDs, which, as well as including advanced fire extinguisher and evacuation training, also cover manual handling, basic safety training, and more.
