9 years agoService: Despite being promised delivery on three separate occasions and talking to customer service twice the Sign pole never materialised so after three weeks we cancelled the order, disgusted with service and broken promises given by sales and customer service staffOur response: Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies that you didn't receive the sign post after speaking to our Sales/Customer Service Team. I've been advised we did experience problems in despatching this product via our carrier which has since been resolved. Unfortunately this wasn't in time for your post to be delivered on time. Please accept my apologies again regarding this issue.
