Ergonomically designed lumbar support
- Prevent back ache and bad posture when remaining seated for long periods of time in the workplace using our essential lumbar support. Individuals have a tendency to slouch forward when sitting for long periods of time and this seating position strains the lower back. Using a lumbar support helps ensure the natural curve of the spine is supported and maintained. With input from leading orthopaedic physicians, this lumbar support has been developed specifically to help relieve lower back strain.
- This black lumbar support has been designed with a moulded plastic frame. The durable frame attaches quickly and easily to the chair via the Velcro chair straps. The straps allow for easy positioning without any complicated fixings and also means you can remove the lumbar support easily for use on another chair. Try it on our full back operator office chair. While this ergonomically designed office chair already provides lumbar and spine support due to its sculptured foam design, by attaching the lumbar support to it you ensure that full support is given, even when seated for prolonged periods of time.
- The lumbar support is provided by way of three memory foam sections on the frame. These foam sections adjust to the individual, thereby providing lumbar support uniquely suited to that particular person.
- The ergonomically designed lumbar support is ideal for use with almost any type of chair, including car seats, wheelchairs and office chairs. The lumbar support features an adjustable roller bar that enables the individual to adjust the support to meet nine different settings.
- As well as relieving back strain, office workers should take care to avoid repetitive strain injury. Our gel supports protect the wrist or palm from pain acquired as an effect of continuous use of a mouse or keyboard.
