4 Braille Floor Level Signs
- This Braille floor level sign, number four, is a great way of enabling the visually impaired to find out which floor they are on independently - the Braille is grade one, which is frequently used by Braille readers. It comes on die-moulded and one-piece plastic which stops the printing underneath becoming damaged, meaning that it is long lasting. It has smooth contour lettering and pictograms within a patented locating ring and comes in bold contrasting colours to aid the partially sighted.
- The sign measures 150 x 150 mm and has a self adhesive backing so it can be fitted quickly and easily.
- Signs like this are a certified aid in giving better access within the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and are thought to give reasonable adjustment required under the act by the local government.
